Title: Four-Berry Spread

Yield: 7 Half-pints

1cBlackberries, fresh/frozen
1cBlueberries, fresh/frozen
1 1/2cStrawberries, fresh/frozen
1 1/2cRaspberries, fresh/frozen
1 3/4ozPectin, powdered fruit 1 package
7cSugar
7xJars, half-pint size

Crush berries in a large kettle. Stir in pectin; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constanlty. Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; skim off any foam. Pour hot into hot jars leaving 1/4" headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
